Our Policies and Promises
Delivery
All UK delivery is free of charge.
Orders under £20 will be sent 2nd class with Royal Mail and will take 2-3 working days. All deliveries £20 and over will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and can be expected within 2 working days.
Our order cut-off time to process orders on the same day is 4pm Monday to Friday and 11 am Saturdays. Orders made on Sundays and Public Holidays have a cut-off time of the following working day.
From time-to-time we may use different courier options for large orders or high value orders. This is to ensure that your order is handled correctly and insured to the right value. We will inform you if this will impact your delivery estimate.
Right to Amend/Cancel/Return
You may amend or cancel your order any time before dispatch without charge. Items will be classed as dispatched after 4pm Monday-Friday and 11am on Saturday. Sundays and Public Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us which will be deducted from your final refund.
We do not accept the return of any products that have been opened unless they are faulty. In the case of trading cards, misprints would be classed as faulty. Not receiving the cards that you hoped for is a matter of chance and would not meet the definition of faulty.
Should you wish to return any sealed item, please contact us within the 14 day period and we will send you a postage label. All returns must use labels provided by us to ensure that ther have the correct damage/loss insurance - you will be responsible for any loss or damage of items sent that have not used labels provided by us.
Please photograph the condition of the item before packing and repackage the item in the original packaging where possible, making sure that you fix the new label over the old label. Please also photograph the repackaged item. This will ensure that you are fully protected in the event of a delivery partner damaging the goods during transit.
If you have not retained the packaging, please ensure that you use packaging to a similar quality and ensure that the item is well protected for transit.
Items Lost/Damaged in Transit Promise
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and we will resend your item by Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery to ensure that you get your replacement as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
In the event of a missing delivery, if your order was over £20 and sent by Tracked 48 please contact us the day after your latest estimated delivery date so that we can investigate and resend if necessary. If your order was under £20, please note that Royal Mail does not consider a 2nd Class delivery to be missing until 10 days after the expected delivery date.
If an item has arrived damaged, please take as many photos as possible of the damaged packaging as well as the damaged items and send them straight to us. We cannot resend your replacement items without good quality photographic evidence of the original delivery.
If for any reason you would not like a replacement item, you will be refunded in full as soon as any photographic evidence of damage has been received.
